We grind after you order, so your atta is usually a day or two old when it arrives. The milled-on date is on every pack.
It has no preservatives. Keep it airtight in a cool, dry place and use it within about 30 days. In summer, the fridge helps.
Yes. Tap “Customise your atta”, start from a blend or plain wheat, and add the grains you want. Your exact recipe is printed on the pack. Multigrain mixes keep 50–90% wheat, so rotis roll well.
No. All our blends are ground on the same stone chakki as wheat, so we can't promise zero gluten.
It's a food, not a medicine. It has less wheat and more oats and barley. If you're managing blood sugar, please follow your doctor's advice.
